I work with individuals for 1:1 Executive Coaching and teams for bespoke training or Action Learning Sets. In both cases, I also offer the use of the Insights Discovery psychometric tool to optimise your or your team’s performance, development and wellbeing.
Coaching
You’ll experience incisive questions to help you look at challenges with a refreshed perspective. The coaching will be non-directive and centered on you as a client, helping you to find your own answers.
It will be action-oriented so you can start experimenting and implementing changes straightaway.

Training facilitation of your own workshops, to help your people thrive at work.
Action Learning Set: I also facilitate peer-coaching learning sessions, for a committed group of up to six individuals typically at a similar stage in their career, to benefit from collective experience and confidentially explore ways to overcome challenges they face in their roles.

1:1 coaching using Insights Discovery as a Licensed Practitioner to raise your self-awareness by learning more about your own personality preferences, strengths and areas of development
